Effective Date: 20 December, 2024
Welcome to Done and Paid. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and outline the rules of engagement between us. Think of it as the handshake agreement—but with all the details spelled out. If you use Done and Paid, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, no hard feelings—you just can’t use the service.
1. Definitions
Let’s keep things clear:
- "Service" refers to Done and Paid, the invoicing tool we’ve built for tradespeople and small businesses.
- "User" means you—our valued, hardworking customer.
- "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the team behind Done and Paid.
2. Purpose of the Service
We designed Done and Paid to help you focus on your craft, not your admin. That means generating quotes, invoices, and sending payment reminders—all without the headaches of traditional paperwork. Use it wisely and fairly, and it’ll work just as hard as you do.
3. Your Responsibilities
We keep things simple, but you’ve got your part to play:
- Provide Accurate Information: If you’re quoting a job, invoicing a client, or setting up your account, accuracy matters. Mistakes might cost you or your client—so double-check.
- Use It Honestly: Done and Paid isn’t for fraud, spam, or any shady business. We’re here to help you succeed, not to enable nonsense.
- Secure Your Account: Your password is like your toolbelt—don’t lose it, don’t share it, and let us know immediately if something feels off.
4. Payments and Fees
We’re transparent about money—because you should be, too.
- Free Usage: Try Done and Paid for free. No strings, no sneaky charges.
- Subscriptions: If you like what we do, consider upgrading. Paid plans include extra features and higher usage limits. Billing is monthly or annually, and we don’t do refunds for unused time—so choose wisely.
- Cancellations: You can cancel anytime. No drama.
5. Intellectual Property
Done and Paid is the result of hard work (and a few late nights). Please respect that:
- All logos, code, and content belong to us.
- Don’t steal, copy, or repurpose our work without permission. Tradespeople wouldn’t tolerate theft of their tools; we don’t either.
6. Limitations of Liability
We’ve designed Done and Paid to make life easier, but life doesn’t always cooperate:
- We’re not responsible for losses due to incorrect invoices, late payments, or misused features.
- If the Service has a bad day (i.e., downtime), we’ll fix it fast—but we’re not liable for damages caused by interruptions.
7. Termination of Service
If you misuse Done and Paid (see “Your Responsibilities”), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access. That’s not a threat, just a promise to protect the community.
8. Governing Law
Done and Paid operates under the laws of Bangladesh. If disputes arise, we’ll settle them like professionals—but only in the courts of Bangladesh.
9. Updates to These Terms
Life changes, and so might these Terms. We’ll notify you of updates, and continued use of the Service means you accept the new rules.
